A truly fantastic opportunity for a leading, fast growth technology platform, who are seeking a Sales Director to lead their Amsterdam-based sales team. This strategic role is crucial for expanding the company's footprint in the Dutch market. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands and will be instrumental in scaling the operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and expand a sales team, aiming to grow from 5 to approximately 30 full-time employees within three years!!
  • Utilise existing market relationships to significantly enhance operations.
  • Spearhead business development initiatives to attract new high-profile clients.
  • Represent the company's brand in the Dutch market, engaging in press and industry relations.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated sales leadership with over a decade of sales experience.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales environments and managing large accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills to secure strategic accounts.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
