Head of Marketing (12 month FTC)
Our client is a leading beauty and cosmetics brand, known for its innovative and trend-setting products that have taken the global market by storm. They focus on delivering high-quality, cruelty-free, and customer-centric products that empower individuals to embrace their unique beauty.
Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve global business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a marketing team of four, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to support business growth and brand equity.
Lead and inspire a team of four to deliver excellence across all marketing channels.
Brand Management:
Oversee global brand positioning and identity to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across markets.
Identify market trends and customer insights to innovate and differentiate the brand.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the product development team to build effective product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
Lead new product launches, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact.
Digital Marketing:
Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce growth.
Oversee data-driven campaigns to optimise performance and ROI.
Market Expansion:
Develop market entry strategies for new international markets.
Build strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and agencies globally.
Budget Management:
Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximisation of ROI.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
Team Development:
Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the marketing team.
Identify opportunities for skill development and team growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global marketing strategies.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital and social media.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
