Graduate Sustainability Analyst 

Location: Hybrid (Winchester one day a week, London one day a week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability, human rights, and gender equality. You will engage in various tasks that support the company’s mission and operations, contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

Editing NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and MOUs (Memoranda of Understanding) for suppliers.
Scheduling and Coordination:

Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and calendars.
Chasing for CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan) data.
Research and Analysis:

Conducting competitor research for leading global manufacturers of confectionery and food products, focusing on KPIs for human rights in the supply chain (e.g., Nestlé, Mondelez).
Tracking client news and researching relevant legislative developments (e.g., HRDD, CSRD, Supply Chain Due Diligence Legislation).
Content Creation and Management:

Managing and posting content on LinkedIn, including announcements from the Living Wage Foundation, brands, Cascale/Rise.
Creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
Data and Communication:

Writing up HRM Playbook PM updates and sending them out via email each Thursday.
Administrative Support:

General administrative tasks to support the team’s operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and/or experience in a related discipline (Human Rights, Business Administration, Sustainability, Global Supply Chains).
Strong interest in Human Rights, Gender Equality, Decent Work, and Sustainable Development.
Excellent attention to detail and rigor in producing high-quality work.
Organised individual capable of organising others.
Ability to create professional PowerPoint slides.
Additional Information:

Hybrid Working:One day a week in Winchester.
One day a week in London.
Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for this role.
Client-facing skills can be developed over time and are not immediately required.
