About the company:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support for two Firm Partners at a management consulting firm. You will manage confidential information and serve as their primary administrative liaison. This role includes assisting with specialized projects, actively participating in the administrative team for coverage and backup, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the firm's industry and business practices. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, effectively manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless support for leadership and senior consultants. Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and integrity in handling sensitive information are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel itineraries, meetings, and luncheons; organize conference calls and videoconferences; oversee diary management and perform other related tasks.
- Draft and transcribe business correspondence, including letters and memos for the Partners' signatures, ensuring all documents are accurately formatted, typed, proofread, and produced within tight deadlines.
- Provide general office support by processing and sorting mail, creating and maintaining filing systems, copying, binding, and faxing documents, and updating, processing, and distributing records and files.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Partners, including sensitive or confidential matters, to determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Process expense claims promptly and accurately using the in-house expense system, ensuring all relevant receipts are attached.
- Provide telephone coverage for internal and external calls, take messages, and follow up on voicemail recordings in a timely manner as requested by supporting managers
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
