About the Role:
 
Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to join an innovative and dynamic team of Insurance Brokers & Consultants. Our client is committed to adopting a new and lively perspective on insurance and understands that every business is unique.
 
As the Personal Assistant, you will act as the key administrative point of contact for the team. You will be an active member of the office’s administrative team, providing coverage and assistance as needed. If you want to work for an insurance broker that deals with and advises clients from various sectors, including Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tech, this role is for you.
 
This is a Permanent Hybrid role based in London. Our client will consider part-time applicants.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Management:

• Initiating contact calls

• Scheduling and managing directors’ client meetings

• Screening incoming phone calls

• Conducting client check-ins

• Following up on payments

• Performing HR administrative tasks


CRM Management:

• Maintaining and updating the CRM system

• Creating and managing automation processes


Insurance Administration:

• Overseeing workflow for new business, renewals, claims, and mid-term adjustments

• Following up with clients regarding invoices and obtaining essential information

• Following up with insurers for claims and quote updates


Bookkeeping Duties:

• Using Xero to categorise transactions and attach invoices and receipts

• Overseeing and managing expenses
 
 
Skills and Qualifications:

 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly resourceful team player, capable of working independently with a positive “can-do” attitude

• Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Effective at working with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external clients and vendors
