About the Role: VIP Account Manager (Finnish Speaking)
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be a key part of a global team, dedicated to ensuring that high-value clients have access to some of the most cutting-edge online casinos available. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with VIP customers, acting as their go-to contact to ensure they receive a premium gaming experience.
Boost engagement with VIPs by promoting tailored offers and exclusive incentives, all within regulatory guidelines.
Reactivate dormant accounts by engaging past VIP clients and handling queries related to promotions and banking.
Organise personalised gifts and bespoke events to deepen relationships with key customers, elevating their experience.
Identify high-value customers and ensure they are provided with a welcoming and rewarding journey.
Maintain consistent and high-quality communication, adhere to brand standards, and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, managing risks effectively in your area of responsibility.
You will play a crucial role in retaining VIP customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue for the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Finnish is mandatory.
Strong English skills are beneficial.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and experience working with numbers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
While prior experience in the online gaming industry is not essential, a proven track record of managing customer relationships or project portfolios is highly desirable.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
