Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and renewal cycles are efficiently managed, without the pressure of acquiring new business.
- Policy Administration: Administer all aspects of client policies, including onboarding and renewals.
- Risk Assessment: Craft and implement customised strategies for clients’ insurance and risk management needs, conducting comprehensive evaluations of their businesses and assets.
- Insurer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for insurers, negotiating optimal terms, coverage, and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely communication and resolution with insurers.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, policies, and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide personalised solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative Duties: Execute administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring all processes are handled with precision and timeliness.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler in the insurance sector, ideally 3-4+ years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to exceeding client expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills with an ability to influence and solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape within the commercial insurance sector.
