We are seeking an HR/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team specialising in the arts sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to operational queries first-hand.
  • Perform general administrative tasks/
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Handle phone and email management, directing inquiries as needed.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including ordering stationery, supplies, and office furniture.
  • Arrange and liaise with couriers and taxis as required.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, both in-person and virtual (via Zoom).
  • Manage tea, coffee, and office supply stocks.
  • Assist in producing the monthly staff newsletter.
  • Welcome interview candidates and verify right-to-work documentation.
