Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to operational queries first-hand.
- Perform general administrative tasks/
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Handle phone and email management, directing inquiries as needed.
- Oversee office management tasks, including ordering stationery, supplies, and office furniture.
- Arrange and liaise with couriers and taxis as required.
- Coordinate staff meetings, both in-person and virtual (via Zoom).
- Manage tea, coffee, and office supply stocks.
- Assist in producing the monthly staff newsletter.
- Welcome interview candidates and verify right-to-work documentation.
