Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (based in the office)

About Us:
We are a well-established small business, insurance firm based in London Bridge, offering a dynamic work environment and a collaborative team. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) and Office Manager to support our CEO and oversee the day-to-day running of the office.

Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in managing the CEO's schedule, correspondence, and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for office management duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a varied role that requires a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant to the CEO:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
Prioritize and manage email communications, responding to queries or escalating matters as needed.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize business and personal events for the CEO, including conferences, dinners, and meetings.
Assist with preparation for board meetings and presentations.

Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming environment.
Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligns with the firm's brand.
Additional Responsibilities:
Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the CEO or senior management.
Support various departments with administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager (ideally within a professional services or corporate environment).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with office management duties (e.g., ordering supplies, managing office space) is a plus.
