  • A candidate whose background is in UX and has moved to CRO
  • Figma experience / and can Design variations directly in Figma to rapidly address UX challenges
  • You have experience with a physical product rather than a SAAS or Gaming product.

They’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist who is ready to push boundaries in the DTC space. What You’ll Do:
  • CRO Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end Conversion Rate Optimisation efforts—from ideation and hypothesis generation to test implementation and post-test analysis.
  • Continuously conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimise funnels, messaging, and user experience.

  • Creative Test Design & Implementation
  • Apply your marketing background to develop test hypotheses that deliver significant wins.
  • Design variations directly in Figma to rapidly address UX challenges.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest AI-driven CRO tools and approaches.
  • Holistic Funnel Management
  • Understand the user journey from landing pages through post-purchase upsells.
  • Use data analysis and UX research insights to inform decisions (no need to be a data scientist, just be good at it!).
  • Collaborate with media buyers, designers, video editors, and others to bring your vision to life.
  • Team Building & Collaboration
  • Identify resource gaps and help hire the right people to form an elite CRO unit.

What You’ll Need

Experience & Credentials

  • At least 3 years dedicated CRO experience (5+ years total in marketing).
  • Hands-on DTC funnel and landing page experience (long-form product detail pages, “Reasons Why” pages, etc.).
  • Proven track record of boosting CVRs and increasing AOV through bundles, offers, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI CRO tools and methods.
  • CLX certification is a bonus.
  • Ability to develop a thorough testing roadmap for both incremental improvements and major breakthroughs.
Skills
  • Excellent at devising and executing high-impact test hypotheses.
  • Proficient in Figma for hands-on page and UX edits.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Solid grasp of UX research.
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and online buyer psychology.
  • Experience with WordPress, Elementor
