This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to manage a diverse caseload and develop a talented team in a supportive, client-focused environment. The firm offers a flexible office-based role, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the commercial property department, overseeing a diverse range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, offering innovative and practical solutions that align with the firm’s commitment to high-quality service.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers, encouraging their professional growth and ensuring the team's continued development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personal and professional approach that reflects the firm’s core values.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the department, driving growth opportunities and enhancing the firm's market presence.
What We’re Looking For:
