Our client, a large global technology group who provide a range of services to the Financial Services Sector require a highly skilled Business Development Manager for their Northern Europe Region
They are a business process automation (BPA) leader, as well as providing a wide suite of SaaS solutions around payments/invoices and treasury.


The Role

The role will focus on sales of intelligent automation, digitization and digital transformation, outsourcing, BPaaS, RPA, and evolved cloud platform solutions. This role will report to the VP for Northern Europe.

You will help promote the company, initiate and develop sales opportunities across the Nordics to meet business and personal sales targets. You will engage directly in new client and existing client business development projects and collaborate with sales teams or other business functions to support the growth of the EMEA region.

You will drive sales activity timely and accurately to ensure best deal execution, project management, deliverable client and contractual drafting and presentations, QA, coordination, and follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

Provide alignment of proposal with Operations, Business Solution Group, IT and other departments involved e.g. HR, Finance.
Analyze and reflect customer business requirements for both solutions and services we want to provide
In conjunction with Sales team, provide professional presentations or demonstrations for clients addressing specific business cases
Support operational/delivery excellence through precise requirements delivery for implementation of solutions/services
Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic or required situation to ensure comprehensive requirements are gathered for new opportunities good understanding of requirements and objective of customer.
Engage with solution and deal teams to get business cases decribed and calculated
Support new solution/service enablement by identifying potential business cases and defining matching services for the markets in scope


Essential Requirements

A self-starter who can easily motivate themselves.
A client centric and an entrepreneurial thinker.
5 years’ experience in customer management, presales and/or design of complex customer solutions
Experience of selling into large enterprises
Experience of working at a similar level in an outsourcing or third-party environment


Desirable Experience/Quals

Bachelors Degree
Experienced selling enterprise clouds/SaaS solutions. Knowledge of outsourcing business models, and business process automation preferred.
Have a broad network in the Government, Banking, Insurance, or Utilities industries.
